Replaced the “insoles” of my New Balance shoes with these – size 15, 4E. Much better. No more pain, just all-day comfort. The gel under the heel was strange at first, almost hard, but that went away after a day or two. I really like the Spenco Wide Walker Runner Insoles!!!!
