For years I just figured I had unstable feet with high arches, and that was that. After seeing a podiatrist last year though, I discovered inner soles! I can’t believe I’d gone without these for so long. These Sof Sole Arch Insoles ones in particular are very good, a fraction of the price of specially-made ones, and they provide a great deal of support. Recommended.
