Insoles are a very personal thing and there are many varieties
Although one may work for me it might nott be best for you.
I love these new balance supportive cushioning insoles better
than my $400 Custom made orthotics because they offer
1. better arch support
2. better cushioning in the heel and the metatarsal area
3. better comfort
Use your best common sense when ordering online insoles.
I tried these out in a brick and mortar store and order
them online because they were $10 less with the insole store.com!
