My primary bicycle shoes are Mavic Zelliums. But, their insoles started failing after about 18 moths. Trying to replace them was difficult; it’s a French shoe. I finally located a European dealer but was unwilling to part with the required arm & a leg and wait  who knows how long to get the exact replacements….
