When you read about moldable insoles, the first thing to come to mind should be the brand name Sole. They’re one of the premiere pioneers of moldable insoles.
What are Moldable Insoles?
Moldable Insoles are insoles created in such a way that they can be reshaped to fit your feet. When manufactured, the footbed starts out in a highly contoured shape that is made to support your foot. The arch is made of a pliable type of material that can be moldable, and this is a good feature since it can be quite difficult to manage walking on orthotics made of very hard plastic.

Why Do You Need Moldable Insoles?
Moldable insoles improve the comfortability of your foot because they quickly become familiar to your feet – they’re shaped like your feet. You don’t have to break them in at all. Our Sole footbeds are for this specific process.
How Do You Mold the Moldable Insoles?
It’s really an easy process. First preheat your oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the footbeds on a tinfoil-lined cookie sheet. Set your timer for two minutes. Then remove them from the oven with tongs and place them in your shoes. With socks on, step into your shoes. Stand still with your feet placed at shoulder width apart for two full minutes.
