Spenco Orthotic Arch Supports
I suffer from severe bone spurs on the anterior and
posterior ofmy "heel bones". To be doubly blessed
with Haglund's Deformity is beyond words...needless
to say my feet hurt, a LOT! Every step was a challenge.
Now, add to that the fact that I am a nurse and spend
a lot of time on my feet, or I used to, and you have
a recipe for assured pain. I allowed one podiatric
surgeon to convince me I needed my Achilles Tendon
lengthened to reduce the "pull" on my heel bone
and decrease the pain.

Very very big mistake. It fixed NOTHING, and
in fact, made my pain much worse. So, I gave
up and dealt with the pain. New podiatrist
made all the difference in the world. He
injected both of my heels with cortisone
(used the numbing spray and it did not hurt at all),
prescribed this insert for my shoes and sent me on
my way, can I TELL you what a difference these

have made in my life??

As long as I wear the inserts, my feet do not throb at night the
way they used to. I can walk farther distances than before with MUCH
less pain. My feet have hurt me for years. Every step I took was
literally painful and I limped every where I went. My feet still ache,
but not anywhere like they did before. This is bearable.
Before these inserts, I often wondered how much longer I would be
able to walk at all. I cannot tell you the difference they have made
in my life. Affordable, effective, drug free pain relief.
I am on my second set and refuse to part with them....ever.
