The minute you notice that your shoes are related to pain or stiffness in your feet is the time to go online to Theinsolestore.com. That’s because there’s really no point in suffering one extra minute when there are answers.
Pain relief from orthotics at Theinsolestore.com isn’t some ‘pie in the sky’ concept that was made up yesterday. Podiatrists head companies that create orthotics and insoles. They know what they are doing and how to engineer these foot devices to change your foot biomechanics so you can walk straighter, softer, and in a way that relieves pain.
There are medical research studies on orthotics that prove that pain relief is attainable. Here are some examples:
- Pain on the bottom of the heel – A research study on Powerstep™ orthotics for this type of pain was reported in June 2013 in the journal Musculoskeletal Care. Researchers tested 67 different people with two specific types of orthotic for eight weeks. One type was a customizable Powerstep™ orthotic device; the other was a Powerstep™ orthotic out of the package. Both relieved pain at the end of the eight weeks. However, the Powerstep™ orthotic out of the package was 38% less expensive.

- Low back pain after an accident – One chiropractic research study out of Canada studied 66 patients who had chronic low back pain after a car accident three months earlier. Thirty patients received standard chiropractic care and analgesics while another group of 34 patients received standard chiropractic care plus customized foot orthotics.
At 8 weeks, both groups of patients had improved, but the group of patients who also received the orthotics had a lower disability score and only a small number of them took analgesics.
